Does text take too much work before it is ready?

Text takes too much work before the next step

Mixed widths, punctuation, and kana styles make the final visual check take longer than it should.

Illustration of repeated cleanup work

You tend to the same things every time

Removing stray tags, deleting duplicate lines, and aligning line breaks are repeated manually for each job.

Illustration of CSV preprocessing before Excel

Adjusting text for Excel is annoying

Delimiter and whitespace fixes before pasting into a spreadsheet keep slowing down the next task.

Tend to text, then move it forward

Illustration of notation being unified at once

Tend to mixed notation in one pass

Align width, kana, punctuation, and line breaks together so the text is easier to review.

Illustration of reusable formatting templates

Turn repeated tending into templates

Save and reuse settings so project text stays consistent without repeating the same manual work.
